I live very clean. As I was sitting here I saw a cockroach crawl out of an electric socket and go up the wall. Now I have found more. What to do?

I spray raid on them and it just startles them and they keep running away even though I doused them with Raid. I put down some roach motels but they don't do anything. The Bug exterminator came by and made me leave over night to go to a hotel. They are still here. 😥😢😩

Baking soda! Squirt some of it where they probably hang out. They'll not only eat it but walk through it and take it back to their nest where the others will eat it off of him. Cockroaches can't fart so, this stuff gives them gas and, since there's no place for the fart to go, it builds up inside them `ril it kills them.

The exterminator didn't kill them. They are behind the walls crawling to the electrical sockets and that's how they get in. Ewwww! They give me the creeps. First thing in the morning when I make coffee ☕ there's one, and they are so fast now, they run on the top of the stove then dive into the hot plate part of the stove. So, I've been on cockroach watch and it stresses me out chasing after them and killing them or when they get away.
I've had two water bugs come up through the bathtub and get out and crawl towards the kitchen. Have you ever seen a water bug? They are giant cockroaches! Google images of them. I had to kill that sucker by myself. The second one that came up through the drain on my balcony and my boyfriend killed that one. Ahhhh, it WAS so nice to have a man around the house.

No, just the powder. If you can get an empty squirt bottle of some kind, preferably with a kind of needle point nose, like the ketchup bottles you see in restaurants. Pour a bunch into the bottle and then squirt some of it where roaches might hang out: under the fridge, behind the couch, etc.. If you know where their nest is, squirt some in there.
I've seen water spiders but have no idea what a water bug is. I've heard of them but, as far as I know, I've never seen one.
I used to work in the mail room in the local museum and, one day, I was down in the basement on my way to the mail room and saw this huge brown bug fly right over my head! I asked my boss what they was. He said it was a cockroach! I had no idea they could fly!
There should be a way to lift up the entire top of the stove. It lifts like the hood or trunk of a car.

Might be coming in from a nearby neighbor unfortunately, seems they are immune to raid spray, hopefully the exterminator can get them all

I just had the old man that used to live next to my apartment move out. Ever since he moved out and a younger guy moved in, that's when I started to see them. So, he might have brought them with him. He's always cooking and eating food in there.
Wanna hear something gross? This morning at 4 am I felt something crawling on my hand. Yep! A frickin cockroach. Into the toilet he went. I had to pick it off my hand with my other hand and carry it to the toilet. My God, what am I in for?
