I spend a mountain of time outside, so I'm pretty sure I inhale more pollen and outdoor debris then my wife and other females I know. Plus, perhaps I have greater lung capacity.

Good question.
If my dad sneeze and we are hiding from a buglurer we will all be dead..
Its like they yell the same time as they sneeze.
