Well , I should declare the reasons for my comments were that I thought he was conning people , on reading though again I may have been completely incorrect , and if so I do apologise , I thought he was trying to rip off men and women with the courses , and potentially with karate.

On re reading , maybe the classes were for himself ( fair enough ) and the Karate was for self defense ( fair enough ) , he should certainly be praised for working full time , thats a tough gig we all know that. So , I do think that probably what I said was completely unfair and judgmental , and that was wrong on my part , I should have read more closely in first place.

the thing is, most, if not all the people he knows is making less than 15, so thats why he thinks its good money. i have a theory on why he's flushing money into college. he's probably getting loans. i dont think college is for him either. he said that he went to college initially because other students from his hs went there, and i guess he just never left, never moved on. in fact, the military will pretty much kick you out if you don't achieve certain ranks within certain times, and that kind of makes sense. if you're just stagnant, then maybe that life isn't for you.
