Worst dad joke you have heard?

Ok, now I am not sure whether I asked this question here or out in public so let's go with this being part 2.
Today, I met one of my uncles and he hugged me first and then suddenly asked a question - "Suppose Sunny, that there is a court in which the lawyer has produced solid evidences, alibis and eye witnesses for the accused killing someone and in return the the accused only says I haven't killed anyone but the judge released the accused why?"
First I was confused by the suddenness but I started to think and could not think anything, so I said I don't know.
He started laughing and between his laughs said "the judge released the accused because the accused had the higher ground" and started laughing again.
It took me 5 mins to understand his joke as he meant cause the accused was on a stand in court it was higher than the floor giving him higher ground. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
