This is why I say these so called self help books or books talking about, by this age you should have done this by that age you should be doing this, what works for one won't for another each of us are similar but we don't all live our lives the exact same way, yet people stress themselves out trying to measure to or feel depressed like their not good enough because that have not done those things in that time frame because of what some one wrote like it's a blue print for everyone to live by, that's wrong and tell you this people who put this stuff out don't even do half of what they write about, don't worry or concern stress yourself over something that may never come to pass, when you start to worry about what is not there soon it will be, out of sight out of mind, that's one of the most true statement, that everyone should adhere to, don't worry about things that are not apart of your life because once you inject that thought into your mind you're going to bring it into your life, if you never had a cold or flu, never thought of them, but now you find your self thinking about them more often before long you will be introduced to them that's real proven, concern yourselves with what your already going through don't add to it don't want to sound horny here but this is real what I'm about to say, what we think we bring into our reality every person who is and were alive here is responsible for everything that happens here the good the bad the ugly, we introduced manifested it all here with a thought magnified world wide, or as far as the word reached the masses and becomes part of our everyday thoughts and collectively manifest it here that's real im sorry for being this long here but it's important to understand just how powerful your thoughts are and you won't hear this from anyone, not governments or main media they are the ones putting thoughts into you we must change how and what we think and pass on to the next generation or this cycle will continue, and same mistakes will be repeated, it's your life to live as you choose not conform to how others want you to, you can research all I have said here for yourselves again apologies for such a long response if anyone reads this far

I got mixed feelings on how society judges a woman’s value on looks. Feminists singularly blame men for this of course.

However there are some key points:

Women judge each other looks. Often more harshly then men do
Some attractive women use (and abuse) their looks in itself to make money and/more mooch off men. They take the easy way out and are allergic to true hard work and sacrifice. They don’t even know what it’s like for most men and average women. You also see modern feminists having self serving convenient “oh you go girl! You use it” attitude vs classical feminists who didn’t respect women who do that bs.
Women do judge men harshly on their looks. Very harshly. The most classic (and sad) example is a woman labeling an unattractive man “a creep” just for saying hello to her. Some real dbag women generally label all unattractive men “creepy” unless they’re funny and entertaining. Men however usually ignore unattractive women but we rarely label them with deep insults like “creepy” just based on their looks.

With that said a man still has some leeway to age and if he’s got his shit together (money, personality, etc). He’s generally more romantically viable then his female counterpart (by a certain age).

I personally believe the whole “milf” phenomenon was intentionally exaggerated to make middle age women feel better about themselves. Not to say you see younger men showing interest in older women every once in a blue moon. However from my life observations it’s very rare. Like maybe 1 out of 100 younger guys feels interest towards older women.

Everyone has a peak regardless of gender, it just depends on their genes and what choices they make in life. There are girls I went to school with who look 50 years old or more, because they smoked, did drugs, had 5 kids, and have bad genes.

On the other hand, women in my family usually don't smoke or do drugs and age very slowly due to inheriting good genes. Most people think I'm in my early 20's and must be my 17 year old daughter's sister. They think my mother is my sister as well, and she's in her 50's. I have pictures of my grandmother looking crazy young too.

If our bodies hit adulthood and barely age after that, then when can it be said that we really peak? I couldn't say. My Nana could still put both of her legs behind her head at 60. 😅 Still ran 5 miles a day. Still beautiful. So, I don't know. It's even weirder when I looked older at 13 than I do now. My face aged in reverse a lot.

I only know when the decline in my family begins, and that's somewhere between 60 and 70. For others, they may be a man balding with a potbelly at 20.

My husband looks old enough to be my father, and he's only 2 years older than me. People in public have assumed he was my sugar daddy before and given me dirty looks, given him more respect, or asked him for money because he was next to me. 🤣

Women peak in their late teens to like mid to late 30's probably. That's generally how it goes. When they reach puberty and are at their most fertile is usually when they are the most attractive (and probably the most healthiest to carry a pregnancy full-term). It's been scientifically proven by various medical literature.

The women you see in their 40's or older that are exercising well and eating well, sleeping well, they know how to take care of themselves and they are also lucky with the genes, but I'd say it's more how they care for themselves.

Men can be the same. If they take care of themselves well, don't abuse their bodies with too much stress, lack of sleep, drugs and alcohol, smoking, and they eat, sleep and exercise well, you're likely to see the benefits of those actions!

It's just logic, common sense.

I think everyone has their peak & decline. And I think the age will differ from person to person. I imagine the latest time for a peak is usually probably 40's. Around there might be the last shot of a somewhat youthful appearance. After that and everyone usually turns into a raisin.

Not sure. I've seen a lot of older hot women, but I might just have mommy issues.
Sarah Paulson is incredibly attractive to me, she is 49. I also love Jullianne Morre, she is 63 and still looks very beautiful. Salma Hayek is 57 and also extremely beautiful. But they're celebrities and have the option to do some little tweaks here and there. They might have looked better earlier in life, but it's no different for men. I hate the whole "men age like fine wine thing". Attractive people just stay attractive no matter the age.

It’s going to be different for everyone. But generallly I don’t put an age to it. It’s how you take care of yourself ultimately.
I see TONS of women who are a million times hotter than me who are older than me. I also know that I’ve gotten hotter with age. In my early 20s I looked so young like 15 and I was fat and out of shape/in college. I am late 20s and look objectively the most beautiful I’ve ever looked. I’m a size 2-4 and my hair is silky and long and I dress and do my makeup better. I’m fit and my diet is very healthy. I have the receipts to back that up 🙂 just be your best self and own it. You’re only here once. I almost had a stroke from overhydrating a couple years ago and thought my life was going to end right then and there. I’m grateful for every day. AGING is a LUXURY. There are so many people who didn’t get to experience it. Be grateful for your body and be confident in it. You deserve to.

Biologicaly and for 99.995% (all but the last 150 years) of the three million years of human history, women's sexual market value peaked at or before ages 14 to 16 and went downhill from there.

In our modern society women's sexual market value peaks at 18 to 22 and goes down hill from there. By age 27, they are left over women; called Christmas cakes in Japan and oranges at the bottom of the basket in China.

Does that mean women can't get married after age 27? Of course not because simps and men 40 and above have to settle for what they can get after high value men have taken the best.

I think women physically peak in their mid early 20's but there's a second chance between their late 20's to mid 30's but I also think that's highly subjective.

Mentally, I think woman tend to peak in their mid 20's as in that's the time where a marriage is most likely going to go the distance but the next window after that so far as I can tell seems to be between the 30's after that, I feel like a lot of women become bitter and extremely difficult to keep happy.

Depends on what you are talking about.

A woman's peak years of fertility and reproductive ability are from late teens to late 20s. At 30 it starts to decline.

If you mean something else, such as peak attractiveness to men, then it's purely subjective. Some men prefer younger women, some older. In general though I would say the majority of men, given a choice, would prefer a woman from late teens to about 35. No doubt this is a natural instinct that makes men favor women who are in their child bearing years which explains why so many men prefer a woman in that range.

I think it depends a lot on her health but apparently peak fertility is in the range of late teens to late 20s. Things seem to generally start dropping off for women after 30. It's not so different for men with peak fertility in the range of 25-35 or so. Apparently 35 is typically when a man's fertility typically begins to decline.
