What makes you feel young or old?

I guess I still feel young because I don't feel old.
If, by some miracle, the band got back together today and had a few 2 or 4 hour gigs set up, other than wanting to lose some weight and getting used to playing drums again (I haven't been able to touch them in at least 4 years), I'm ready to go right now!
My singer, on the other hand, once told me back when he was in his 30's that he's getting too old for this shit! REALLY? HOW? But, he kept doing it for the next 35 or 40 years `til shortly before he died.

OLD : What kids are exposed to. For example, a lot of kids today watching WWE do not know who the Undertaker was, never experienced Call of Duty during it's prime, or went through a store like Blockbuster before things like Netflix/Hulu became common. (I know this applies to me for things I missed out on from prior decades) YOUNG : The fact that I am in my twenties, so I have a whole lot of life to live and learn.

I do tutor or sometimes coach kids and youngsters...

and everything 90's and 2000's is unknown or it's history to them... lmfao, so that makes me realize how much older I am already

but also... I do play and can keep up in sports with the late teens and early 20's just fine, not even a struggle either, so that makes me realize and feel that I am not actually as older as I am

What makes me feel old? When I refer to some that happened not long ago, and then I realize... oh, that was 30 years. Ago.😂

When you start counting decades like years, yeah that starts to make you realize you ain't young anymore.😂
