Men proposition women for sex who are in relationships because they’re cheaters and man whores. The exact reason why men do it can be a lot of things. They can’t control their lust, they aren’t happy in their relationship but won’t break up, the woman they’re with has sexual boundaries so he goes to other women to get it, the list goes on. At the end of the day it comes from having had morals.

I feel bad for their girlfriends. Because if they’re asking toh for sex. They’re probably asking other women women who may also not have high moral sand sleep with them or lead them to believe they aren’t in a relationship.

Same reasons that women cheat. There can be a million reasons kr excuses someone makes. But it comes down to them not having good moral or ethical character.

Better still a history podcast which is interesting but read with a boring voice works best for me. Recommend sleeping headband speakers. Binaural beats worked for a while.

Why history podcasts work for me is interest takes my mind off issues and the boring voice is easy to sleep through because it is not exciting

Reading is better... I still count and organize syllables but it somehow happens in the background. Words are better than numbers... not so fucking engaging :D

I used to, but I used to count sheep jumping on the fence and some sheep were getting stuck on the fence and I used mental energy to get them unstuck. So, I stopped, I am riding a horse these days, before sleep.

My family had sheep; which I looked after as a boy. I was taught traditional Celtic sheep counting (although we had far too many sheep for it to be practical, I enjoyed it), and I totally understand its soporific qualities. But I don’t use it as a sleep aid.

If you're tired, counting just about anything will do it. don't worry about counting sheel, try counting your pubes.
But, if I wanna zonk out, all I have to do, usually, is just flop, find a good position, close my eyes and within a minute or 4, I'm out. Sometimes, I'm too tired to just fall asleep and lay for half an hour or better yawning my head off.

I've tried to do this to help myself sleep, but I don't know who the fuck came up with it because it does not work. I could get to 1000 easily and still be wide awake. For me, it does not work. Luckily I don't have issues with insomnia though.
