Nope. I turn off all the lights before I go to bed.
We have a skylight in our master bath, so there is usually a bit of ambient light from the moon and stars.
Our master bath opens to the bedroom, so I have no trouble navigating my way to the bathroom at night if I need to. Once there, I can turn on the light. And if I need to go into the kitchen or living room, I can turn on lights as needed.
The clock radio next to my bed sheds a bit of light. And there is a lamp that I can easily switch on in the dark.
I have our TV, stereo, WiFi router and things plugged into a power strip. I turn off the power strip at night to minimize phantom electricity usage. I don't like paying for any more electricity than necessary.

I leave turned on the light in the vent above the range in the kitchen.
Inside the house, a few lamps and several digital portraits are left on dim and activated/deactivated by programmable timers.
Furthermore, almost all the switches inside the house have built-in illumination as well.
Outside the house, the entire property is well-lit and well-monitored by numerous security cameras, smart alarms and motion detectors.

When I used to feel anxious... I did. Now, I have a strict rule to turn the screens off at 11pm and most probably lights are off at the same time. It feels much better now.
A night light in the bathroom. 💞
One of my rescue kittens is scared of total darkness so I put in motion activated LED lights throughout the house so if she gets up to get water or use the litter box or whatever she's never in darkness.
Other than my son's night light and a night light in the bathroom closest to his room we have all of the lights off at night.

I have a nightlight in the kitchen that we keep on when we go to sleep. It's so we can walk to the bathroom without turning on a light and so our pets can see the water and food bowls
No although if the house was completely dark, I suppose in future I should invest on at least a PowerPoint nightlight here and there around corridors or doorways aka to go to the bathrooms at night or an emergency 🦺🛟
Only lights that stay on is the kitchen sink light and night lights. Everything else is turned off.
