Yeah I sleep with my ensuite light on and my fairy lights cause I’m super scared of the dark. My great grandma does the same and my sister did until she moved in with her boyfriend (she still does if he’s away).

When I was in middle & high school I'd keep my lamp on due to having anxiety at night. Once I was done with school though, I've never slept with the light on since then.

I mean I have an airfreshener that doubles as a nightlight. So I guess there’s a small amount of light in my room. But in general I don’t sleep with a light on.

The TV is last thing emitting light inside the bedroom.

I set the TV to turn off minutes after I doze off.

Eventually, it's all lights out.

i sometimes watch films before bed with the lights on but then I fall asleep, wake up in the middle of the night/early morning to turn them off then go back to bed
