My cat solves mysteries around the neighborhood. Is that normal?

It all started when my neighbor's Amazon package went missing last week. She had ordered a milk frother, and Alexa notified her that her package had arrive, but it was no where to be found. I was worried that it had been stolen or misdelivered, but Purrlock seemed unusually interested in the area where the package was supposed to be. I followed her lead and lo and behold, she led me right to the package! It was tucked away in my kitchen, as if someone had tried to hide it there next to the cat food. I was amazed and grateful for Purrlock's detective skills. It's not every day that you have a feline detective on your hands. But hey, is this normal? I don't want to offend any cat owners out there by implying that their cats aren't solving mysteries too. Let me know your thoughts!

Purrlock. LOL. What a extraordinarily sleuthing ability!

My cats are only adept at finding warm places to sleep and sleuthing food, even when it's in sealed bags on shelves or inside cupboards.
