A man was found not guilty of shooting a prankster at a mall who was bullying him after the man told him to stop. Was it justified?

He repeatedly told the “prankster” to stop and when he didn’t, he had appeared to feel intimidated by him and then shot him in the chest.

The guy doing the prank was holding a phone up to the man’s face and it was playing some obnoxious message directed at him.

I think it's a shame it came to this, but this was a big guy picking on a small guy for Internet clout, and there's a very real possibility that this guy (the bully victim) feared for his life. He'd done nothing at all wrong, and was backed into a corner by a bigger, stronger, more aggressive man, with the victim having retreated multiple times and finally being trapped.

In my book, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. This idiot won a bullet. I'd have found him not guilty too.

You do NOT have the right to be the aggressor, and if you choose to be anyway, you can't be mad if you get hurt by your victim defending themselves.
