I don't see a comparison between the two.
This guy picked an argument, don't know how bad. The other guy assaulted him... it's all unnecessary.
I cannot tell if there was justifcation to shoot the guy, seems not. Certainly didn't try to escape like Rittenhouse.
Sounds like this guy was a hot head as it was.
An anonymous user encapsulated this perfectly..
"Simple. Rittenhouse was being pursued for about a mile by a violent mob one of whom had a handgun. When he opened fire he was being assaulted and his life threatened.
The other case was guy came out to find someone shouting at his girlfriend about parking in a disabled spot, he pulled a gun and the guy backed away. Then he shot him.
So one was self defence the other is not self defence. Florid has pretty good gun self defence laws but you just can't shoot someone for shouting at your girlfriend, they have to pose a physical threat.
Another example is when my husband and I had two separate home invasions. He went down with his gun both times. One ran away out of our home and as a result my husband didn't shoot him in the back as that would be murder, while the other guy tried to attack my husband and got shot three times which was self defence."

Two separate law enforcement agencies?
Locally you get good and bad sectors. I assume it's the same everywhere else.
I would have to educate myself on the cases.
Judicial frustration.

Perhaps you can tell me why Luigi Mangione was found innocent despite there being video evidence of him brutally murdering Brian Thompson in cold blood
oh he was and feminists and gay simps were celebrating all over social media
so abs are a good reason to be seen as innocent? so he's too "hot" to convict? like Ted Bundy and Jeremy Meeks were?
because you ignored all of the key details that make these two situations entirely different.. lol
One person conducted an execution, the other tried his best to retreat and only fired once he had nowhere else to go.
I'm going to need more info.
You tell me, fucktard. What are the facts of the cases?
Don’t think I will.
Did your wife’s boyfriend forget to bring you a new video game? You’re being a pissy little bitch.
I do believe that the Drejka shooter provoked the argument causing the shooting. It was about a handicapped parking space.
Intent matters.
