Can people predict which contemporary modern day artists will still be famous or considered legends in 50 years?

In 2024, we still know The Beatles, Louis Armstrong, and Mozart. However, most artists of the past are forgotten.

Can we predict which artists will still be famous in 50 years based on their current musical talents? Name the artists of today whom you think will stand the test of time.

Others I know personally believe that people will still be listening to Billie Eilish in 50 years.

The masses decide what is most popular and that mostly comes down to album sales and most of those big sellers are hard rock, heavy metal and other rock bands. You don't hear about that because they stop counting album sales after a time and the mainstream only care about what is trendy which (these days) is pop, rap, hip-hop etc.

One example, at last count Metallica's Black album was 16 times platinum, but that count stopped over 10 years ago, and it is still selling.
