Do you ever have a habit of always making certain typos?

I mean, if I wanna type something that starts with a hard TH sound like, "that", for some reason, I catch myself wanting to start it with an L instead of a TH.
As of about 10 years ago, I NEVER had a problem with knowing the difference between "here" and "hear". I mean, I know the difference but, for some reason, when I wanna write "here", I'll type, "hear" and vice versa.
If I wanna write, "now", sometimes it comes out, "Know", sometimes it comes out, "no".
Sometimes, I wanna write, "that" and I get, "than" or, "the".
Quite often I never catch these until I proof read and can't understand why I keep making the same mistakes when I know better!

The "no" vs. "know" vs. "now" one is something I'm starting to make. I also never notice it on initial proof-reads until I submit to this site, then suddenly I notice it after it's too late!

I think the reason I always notice when it's too late post-submission and gloss over errors on initial proof-reads is that submitting reformats the text to a different column width. So I think that helps us notice mistakes we didn't before since the text is now presented a bit differently.

I don't use it so, as far as I know, none of my words ever get changed into something else, however; there's been a number of instances the past few months where, I'll type one word and, when I look at it on the screen, it's not even CLOSE to the word I typed and I have NO idea how the hell it got there!! A fake example would be; I'll type the word, "follow". But, when I read it on the screen, it says, "blancmange"!! How the fuck did THAT get there? In some cases, I can understand it like, if I type, "tiny" and it comes out, "tint". Well, that's a simple case of me hitting the y instead of the t as they ARE next to each other!

Oh yeah. I very often capitalize the first two letters of a sentence or a name instead of just the first one
