They dont here, which is sad. Just provincial capitals by Met Office and some district municipalities' average information seem to be had by WMO since source says WMO on Wikipedia but little of them sadly.
There is a district municipality called Çaldıran, Van Province of Turkey, for instance.
Since 1980s till today:
January record low is -46.4°C (1990)
February record low is -45°C (1985)
April Record low is -26°C (1993)
October Record low is -23.2°C (1985)
Those informations are given in the website of Met Office as PDF.
But no long term average information are available.
On wikipedia, they put stupid "climate. data. org" averages (unofficial weather website) as source.
Averages are colder than what the unofficial source used in Wikipedia says. They are incorrect.

impressive research and exposed the problem. website accu-weather used to show actual temperature, gasp, not just predictions as common for weather news. and used to show historical average too!
but it stopped showing, hid it so the public "won't make the mistake, based on their data, that global warming was not real." so hid data and changed website.
the naive need to ask why necessary to hide? what did they hide?
Fuck unofficial weather websites
They might show for USA
Not hiding.
Not seeing reason to have work to publish averages outside of provincial capitals.
For some district municipalities, information was had by WMO and put on Wikipedia but little of them.
Met Office only said for coldest and hottest month averages for those districts.
Detailed averages for only provincial capitals.
From WMO, I meant.
Those unofficial weather websites show far from official weather stations.
