Are all district municipality stations publish long term averages where you are?

They dont here, which is sad. Just provincial capitals by Met Office and some district municipalities' average information seem to be had by WMO since source says WMO on Wikipedia but little of them sadly.

There is a district municipality called Çaldıran, Van Province of Turkey, for instance.

Since 1980s till today:

January record low is -46.4°C (1990)

February record low is -45°C (1985)

April Record low is -26°C (1993)

October Record low is -23.2°C (1985)

Those informations are given in the website of Met Office as PDF.

But no long term average information are available.

On wikipedia, they put stupid "climate. data. org" averages (unofficial weather website) as source.

Averages are colder than what the unofficial source used in Wikipedia says. They are incorrect.
