Maybe ticks? I've actually never dealt with them. Yet they sound very unpleasant.
For some reason, mosquitoes almost never bite me. It's a weird thing I didn't really think about or notice until I started going hiking with friends and also my wife and they'd be covered in mosquito bites while mosquitoes don't seem to like me for some reason. Oddly I have O- blood type though (universal donor) and mosquitoes are supposed to love this blood type, but they still don't bite me. The only time I ever get a mosquito bite is indoors when I'm the only one around, but not outdoors.
I actually love giant centipedes.
It was one of my dream pets when I was a boy but I couldn't get one. Cockroaches I don't mind so much unless they infest a home. Yet it's usually easy to get rid of them.
Giant centipedes.
Also in the other category, maggots and all kinds of worms except pink earthworms. But I can't stand fly maggots the most, even if they are harmless.
I don't hate the earthworm because he is a true friend if you have a garden or just take care of plants. It keeps the soil clean, fresh and nutritious for the plants.
It eats earth and defecates earth, and its dump is rich of calcium that helps the plants.
Thank you for MHO!
Hands down it would be mosquitoes! Why this one carry disease and kill many people around the world! Ticks here in Washington state you see them but quit not often! Cockroach I haven’t seen one in my house. In Gaint centipede mostly outside. Mosquito for the win!!! What about you?
Definitely the centipede. Some of those things look like a couple of ants stuck together. Plus, they're really scary once you find them in your house.

Mosquitoes have the most potential to spread disease, but I think ticks are the nastiest. Always remember that despite looking like giant rats, opossums are your friends! They're extremely resistant to botulism, snake venom and rabies! Opossums will "act" as if they have rabies by snarling, hissing and drooling to scare off predators, including humans, but an opossum with rabies is extremely rare. They EAT ticks and are resistant to Lyme disease too.
They scavenge at night, so be careful not to run over opossums!
Logically speaking it would have to be ticks. Just cause the kind of of damage they could do and how sneaky they are. Although so can a Mosquito but I fell at least a Mosquito you could crush and kill easier. Once a tick is inside your skin it could be really hard to impossible to pull out depending how deep in your skin it gets. However when it comes to ugliest looking I would have to say cockroaches.
Obviously roaches are the worst but you can’t have several mosquitoes coming at you every day. It can get so bad that It could keep you awake actually. Ticks you can control that i’ve never seen too many around me only when I was a kid in the woods one here and there
I've never understood why we have not tried to eradicate Mosquitoes. They even annoy the animal kingdom.
The other ones on the list have never been a problem for me... I guess that's just my bias from that.
Cockroaches are annoying but they don't bite.
Neither do these.
I've seen them jump 10 feet plus.
Mosquitos. You can do everything right and not avoid mosquitoes. Roaches, etc can be delt with by maintaining your home and yard.
Hate all of them, though I've seen exactly one giant centipede in the house in my life so they aren't a big problem around here. And silverfish; they seem impossible to eradicate and ruin books and cloth.
Mosquitoes are responsible for more deaths in the world (due to malaria) than any other cause.
Ticks. While visiting spouse's family in VT,
got bitten and developed Lyme Disease! MISERABLE experience!~
screw mosquitoes...
Ticks because the way they suck your blood is so gross to me. Even moreso than mosquitos.
I HATE MOTHS! Moths are demon seeds that come from the abyss of hell.
