How do I tell my Monday carer I no longer want her service after her being really horrible?

Since yesterday and the humiliation I no longer want to be with my Monday carer she’s disgusting for saying some stuff to me she said that she is glad that her Thursday person is dead! Also she took me to the toilet and had a talk with me saying that I shouldn’t be with her on a Monday because apparently I am not happy and I’m always off I’ll but I can’t help being ill! My mum is going to find me a new carer
