I thought dogs are color blind but when I check google images it shows that they kinda see it blurly. Do you know how dogs see the world?
And also cats! I dont have any idea about cats.

My cat sees thing in the dark and thinks a rustling leaf is something to eat. He can't see for shit in the dark.
He sees quite well enough to recognize cat food brands he likes from the packet and will jump all for paws in the air if it is Dine. He can see insects I can't.
Dogs like being up high so they can see further. A good cattle dog jumps in the air to see where the cows are and can can see far enough.
Dogs don't have cones which allow them to see colors. In return, they can see movement easily and have better smell and hearing than we can possibly imagine. They can also see in complete darkness.
A dogs main sense is smell but eyesight is still very important to any predator so I think that's bollocks. A dog will spot a squirrel long before you do.
Dogs have poor long distant vision than us but better night vision and movement detection.
Dogs aren’t great at long distance stalking, cats have a better distance vision but both share the same yellow-blue cone color blindness I believe
