Who can when define pajamas? In Seattle people can wear whatever they like, or nothing at all. Of course property owners can make their own rules.

  When I was in school there were dress codes. Guys hair couldn't be over the collar. Times have sure changed as to what you can wear to school. Now it seems to be a fashion show for the haves and have nots.

No. Pyjamas are for sleeping in. People who dress like that in public are just showing the entire world that they're too lazy to even dress properly after they get out of bed in the morning.

Pajamas are comfortable it's not a big deal. I've worn them out to doughnut shops on Sunday mornings before. I wouldn't wear them to a mall.
