Do you miss your teenage years?

My teen years in high school were fun. That's when I first began my journey of learning about life. But I was still immature and didn't like spending all day in school.

I had a much better time in the first half of my 20s, say, from 19 to 26. I was free to do what I wanted, still partied like a Viking with my high school friends, and was more physically mature.

Then again, my mid-30s were also amazing. I was settled into a great career, was making good money, had a really nice apartment, and had the best sex of my life.

In some ways I do. I really had a lot of fun when I was a kid but there was a lot of hard times as well. I mostly miss my friends , especially the ones that are no longer here.

I only miss some of my classmates (I was in the Resource room) and most of my teachers. Other than that, I'd say no. I now have my anxiety disorders being helped taken care of better, can actually sleep better, have some of my body goals done, can focus on self-care, and let myself wonder and figure out how adulthood/rest of life actually works. I'm only getting used to being seen as more of an adult too since I go out with my besties.

I hated being a teenager when I was a teenager cause I had constant stress and anxiety and fear and humiliation and sorrow. As an adult, I only remember the positive parts about being a teenager, I think my brain discarded the pain and drama cause it decided those things were not beneficial.

I do, I really do. I had problems back then, but my life was much better. Just wish I hadn't done some choices, but time doesn't go back, so... 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Yep! I had an AWESOME girlfriend and life was going pretty well. It's not bad now, but I certainly wouldn't mind experiencing that again if I could go back for a couple of weeks or a month or whatever.

No!😆 I don't miss my past. I seldom look back. But I do remember parts of my youth fondly. Like my 20's for example. To me in life the best is ALWAYS yet to come.
