What celebrity death hurt you the most?

Fred Rogers. It wasn't sudden, and he was far from a young man, but still, it was a blow. A new century had just started, and begun with fear and pain- the 9/11 attacks, the ensuing two wars, and the government's secret third war against its own people- and I remember thinking more than once that we'd lost him when we needed him most.

Blood and terror had become part of our everyday lives- here, as well as Iraq and Afghanistan- but no, it's Heaven that needs Mister Rogers. Oy gevalt!

Olivia Newton-John's death really made me sad, much more than any other celebrity death.

Steve Irwin's (aka the Crocodile Gunter) death was sad. He seemed like a great, enthusiastic man with love for animals. He died doing what he loved and left behind a wife and two kids.

I still remember his funny of "You're alright mate, you're alright" or "Isn't he/she gorgeous"?
