Depends... if they are good and for my own good then i let them take over they will be like "dopamine" for the brain, if they are bad, then i take reins and shift my focus on to something else, as i know part of my brain will say "don`t do it as you`ll fuck it up and regret after", so yeah, i can say for the "moment" i`m still sane... :D
