Yesterday I was at a gathering with friends and I only drink on occasion like last time was during the holidays. I wasn’t planning on going crazy but I did and probably one of the most unlike me days ever. Luckily it’s nothing bad like if it got out my future is in danger but I was talking a lot about a girl I like and kept trying to talk in Spanish even though I didn’t speak it but everyone there did. And lastly I 🤢 I apologized for my behavior and they all said it’s ok and had no problem with anything that happened. But for anyone that has dealt with this type of thing how’d you get over it?

Yes. I drank a half a bottle of whiskey by myself when I was 26 years old, and ended up falling out of the passenger seat in the taxi, before I buckled my belt up. The door was wide open, I hopped into the front seat after screaming "Shotgun" from the front door of the house, and I RAN toward the taxi cab. I somehow managed to make it without falling, until I went to sit in the passenger seat.
That's when the spins hit me, and I fell right out of the seat, hit the open passenger door with my shoulder, scraping it, and planted face first onto the road.
Since that event I never used that taxi service again, as the driver was horrified and uncomfortable lol
You will get over it one day! It'll be a funny memory to reflect down the road, and when you're older and mature, you will realize ALL the stupid, embarrassing, silly things you did were little parts that kept your life entertaining, fun, interesting, and those memories will stick around to remind you how fun life was at one point, how silly you were, and how chaotic your decision making skills had been lol
