Have you ever had a hell night because of a mosquito?

Yesterday i had a terrible night because of a mosquito who just couldn't leave me alone, it was so rude "trying to fly inside my nose, tried to sting me on my eyelid, buzzing back and forth near my ear, sucking my blood" had enough from this f*cker 🤬

Turned the fan on, but not on max level but still it fought it's way to bother me, couldn't turn the air conditioner on because it wasn't too hot and don't wanna get sick!

I turned the lights on to see if i can find it and execute it with my mosquito racket but there was not trace at all, i said to myself maybe the damn mosquito is gone, turned the lights off, went to bed again and as soon as i laid my head on the pillow, i heard the buzzing of the mosquito fading in like a rocket than fading out, couldn't sleep the whole night till the morning 🥵 ZZZzzz 🦟

Just the other day I saw some pretty indoor plants that repel mosquitoes inside. I am going to buy some and put them all over my apartment.

My blood is a mosquito attraction. I read up on this l. Certain people have blood that attracts them. Other people don't get bit because they don't desire their blood or the was the person smells.

When I was about 9 years old I would be covered with mosquito bites. So one night, I pulled the covers all the way up to my face. You guessed it. My face was covered with mosquito bites.

Just recently I was lying in bed and I heard one flying back and forth several times right next to my ear. Zoom! Zoom! So finally I smacked myself really hard on my ear. Got it too! YAY!

Check out those plants on the internet. They might help.

Do you remember citronella candles to ward off mosquitoes?
I bought two really big ones and put them between my legs so they wouldn't bite me. Heck, they flew right through them and found me anyway.

I would imagine a person wouldn't turn their home into a jungle of them, just a few. They aren't very big.

I’ve had one of those nights and yes it’s the worst!!! Haha. I’m also one of those people that when I get bitten by a mosquito I get an allergic reaction. So the bite swells and it gets very painful. Needless to say I’m glad we don’t have any in the UK (at least to my knowledge, we don’t).

Travelling in Mozambique I got to experience such hell night, with constant power failure, the mosquitos literally bitt me everywhere. Didn’t matter what repellent I had; they gave me an experience of its own. Luckily though didn’t get malaria or any other sickness.

I don't have this problem, my area doesn't have many mosquitos, the few I do see usually aren't inside the house, and when I did live in areas with lots of them, they ignored me and bit everyone else.

I didn't use bug repellent either, and they did.

For me sure, but my frends were unhappy, and thats not good.

I told them why bloodsucking insects ignore me, but they don't like hotsauce in their food.
Hot peppers evolved such high capsacin levels so bugs wouldn't eat them. So my sweat IS bug repellent.

I have just double checked it to see what the experts say, and it's mixed.. some for it some against.. The thing is,,, I have tried it and it works perfectly for me.. We don't get inundated here in the UK, but for the odd one, it works well

I’ve been bothered before sometimes you have to turn the light on and wait for it to land on you and hit it. They have tennis racket now electric swatter that you can kill the mosquito on contact.

Yes, this happened to me, my family used to rent a house during the summer holidays, it was close to the sea, and there were a lot of mosquitoes 🦟 in the house, I couldn't sleep at night, it was a terrible feeling.

They suck, they won't let you sleep the whole night which makes you feel tired and sleepy the next day and wouldn't enjoy doing anything because you're lacking of sleep, without mentioning how many stungs you had!

The mosquitoes near the sea miss ellefea are lethal and their stinging is painful!

I have this UV light which attracts the mosquitoes to blow them but sometimes i feel it's useless. Like are they really attracted to this light?

Not in a very long time. If you weren’t camping, you’re pinching too many pennies on your rent. Or you’re not properly maintaining your home and property. Mosquitoes are actually quite easy to avoid and/or manage.

I have a battery powered "tennis racket" with an electrified grid that I have to use sometimes. I'll turn off all the lights except for the small bathroom. Bugs will go there but won't come out - alive- that is.
