Can I report a seller on eBay if thay didn't send my item and there saying they did it's been a month?

Just about anything you buy on eBay comes with an eBay Moneyback Guarantee.

If you can, go to the original page you bought the item and click on the "Learn More", which is typically on the right side below the seller's details, under "Shop with confidence". If not, try it from any eBay item page.

Screenshots aren'r very reliable evidence. Do you know how easy it is to forge those? You'd probably have to check with the post office or get the records directly from E-Bay. It's difficult to proof if a package was or wasn't sent, because a lot of packages get lost. That happened with one of my orders from another website. I contacted the seller and they were just as confused and said they don't know where my order is, and they ended up sending me the money back.

It has happened to me once and I waited for around 3 months. I contacted the seller multiple times and they told me that the parcel is on the way and asked me to wait, then after I was done waiting, I contacted ebay and got a refund.

Yea they will get in trouble with eBay and you will get a refund, even if eBay is paying for it you'll still get one I think
