A bit of both honestly. In a work environment or something related to money, I'm usually anxious, but laid back most of the time otherwise. I can be laid back at work too. Happens when no one is pressuring me for anything.

Back to my answer, I'm anxious 50 percent, laid back 50 percent. it's the joy of reality - a perfect world I'd be 98 percent laid back lol 😂😆 surely

A bit of both as well. In social settings, large groups or environments I am super anxious but I also tend to be a very laid back girl in general, especially in smaller settings with not so many people around

I'm like a duck on a pond.
On the surface I look calm and have been referred to as stoic. But in reality, under the surface those webbed feet are paddling a mile a minute.😆 I do the best i can to conceal it.
