Even with all the negativity you see in the world you occasionally see moments that renew your faith. Like during the pandemic. I know some people were against shutting things down. But shutting down saved a lot of lives. I don't think people got why there was that push. By the time the began shutting the economy down there was no stopping the pandemic. The point was to minimize the spread. So when the ones that INEVITABLY got sick would have the best chance at survival. Because are medical system is just not equipt to care for that many people at once. And you saw bits of it in urban areas like New York. I was glad to see, and it renewed my faith to see that human life took precedence over financial concerns. Sometimes in the worst situations you see the BEST of humanity.

I love animals, I love seeing creativity in everything we make, and I love the ingenuity of things we don’t think about like air conditioning. If I didn’t have that, this summer would be so much worse lol
