How would anyone react to a message that says…( I need you please!, I’m begging you to come to my house please!)?

What would you or anyone reading this post react to a message that says… (please come home! I’m begging you please come over I need you please!)
If it comes from a girlfriend or a boyfriend, friend or a relative! Would you answer to the message or would you just not even bother to even ask what’s going on?

I've gotten that text before, and it's usually going to be a really whopper. For example, one time I was friends with this heroin addict and this guy kidnapped her and wouldn't let her leave his house. So, in that situation, I went over there because I was literally in love with her for some crazy reason.
