When you feel like a failure and a disappointment, what do you do?

I might feel disappointed that I failed at something, but I never feel like a failure and a disappointment as a person... When I am disappointed about something, I pray, meditate, talk to my brother or my best girl friend. I release the feeling and move on.

I have no reason to feel that way... but my mind sometimes is very insistent... then the long run... so long that I can't think anymore... helps the best... calling to someone who would understand me and not try to correct me is also a good choice (it's my sister for me)

but sometimes, I just take a piece of paper and deliberately write all the things I can be proud of...

Cry and get that feeling out of my system, and then go back over the situation in my head that made me feel that way, and pinpoint the things that I feel that I “failed” at, and decide to do better with those things so that I don’t fail again.

but If I were to ever feel that way, hypothetically, I would start planning for a better reality for myself, focusing on my personal growth n positive changes
