Why do some people feel so uncomfortable about taking showers?

I have found that this problem mostly occurs in men. What is going on?

I've actually never known a guy that is uncomfortable with showers. I know a great many men (and a few women) who are uncomfortable with baths because you're sitting in your own filth, but I literally have never heard one say they don't like showers. How very interesting.

I'm a fall risk, but yes, I do shower all over. But due to me afraid of falling, this is why I have a fear of showering.

You can buy a shower chair or bench on Amazon. I have a very large shower with a teak bench I for on Amazon. It is really nice.

I stayed at a hotel one time that had a curved chaise-shaped teak bench in there that was about 6' long. That thing got a lot of use. Wish I could remember where that was it would be worth going back to just for the bathroom

Well, you see scary movies and the most vulnerable time is in the shower bathroom. When you’re naked, but slipping falling a lot of risk factors.

A shower is a place to clean myself. Not less, not more.
