How to know if a scratch on a car is due to hitting a concrete or another car?

My friend used my car today and she said she accidentally hit a piece of concrete post. The damages to my car were very minimal. It’s only a scratch but one little dime sized dent. I hope she’s telling the truth and she actually didn’t hit another car and rode off. The dent and scratch to my car has some dust which definitely looks like concrete or paint. But is there anywhere for me to know for sure? Anything specific to look for to know it’s actually concrete and not a car?

She’s known to lie a lot unfortunately. And because of that we haven’t been in contact as much as before due to a past issue of her lying to me. But this time she did tell the truth thankfully. I have a few cars and when she asked me to use one for a day I didn’t have an excuse at hand as to why not.
