Depends on the purpose. If you are just there because you find shooting therapeutic, that doesn't sound like overkill.

If you're there to get good at shooting, every day is probably overkill, unless you're new to a job, or training for some sporting event.

Bad for your ears and a high risk of eventually having an accident when firing that often.

Practice at any skill is good, but every day might be overdoing it.
