Riding a subway south, from bronx to a school in Manhattan to teach and heard about the terrorist hijacking. Then so near... i was not in the towers but near in Manhattan.
Later, That day i punished a brat and he said "i wish you died in the towers" . As the classroom went dead silent in horror at those angry words,
I said, "then a different teacher woulda punished you anyway". A bunch of kids giggled at my comeback.
And that sept. 10 Monday i had a meeting in the north tower. Only afterward i realized how lucky i was about the date of meeting!

in school... and telling my friends about the internet, and very clearly told them...

"watch it... there might be mostly, and a lot of porn all over the internet, but one day... the internet will be 90% stupidity, just watch, you'll see... "

they were both, much more optimistic about it... knowledge will prevail and flourish, and yes, it does... it did, it has, but stupidity has done it much more, it went VIRAL... lmao

and I was wearing my shirt that said "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups..."
