my project management. like usually project management should be the most competent among the project employees. but our project leadership litterally does nothing, has no competence in the field and is basically barely coming after his administration duties, which is like 20% of his job.
the only reason he has the job is cause he went to school with the CEO. and it sucks, cause he constantly throws a wrench in the works of me and my collegues by shitty planning of unneccesary shit that takes our focus away from our actual job.
plus he's litterally the stereotype of the "creepy old white guy", constantly sexually harassing female employees.
i mentioned his color cause his hair is white. and what impact do you think will "reporting" to HR have if he knows the CEO? i mean he still has the job despite several sexual harrassmant complaints.
i mean i guess the worst he did was "accidentally brushing" some female employees ass a little bit too intentionally. so it is sort of a fringe thing he may even get away with in another company. but yeah. the project stil works out cause everyone else is doing a good job.

Truly I had the BEST job in the world!! HS history teacher!! Some things really sucked but NEVER time with the kids. I Miss it terribly 😭😭😭
Documentation - time spend away from the children, crucial part of the job but I didn't pick my profession to spend it Infront of a pc or ipad (unless it's gaming/watching something with the children)

The fucking 50 year old men who act like 12 year old girls. Holy shit I wish I could freeze time and just kick all their teeth out. Go to fucking work do your job and shut the fuck up, why do grown ass men feel the need to start drama and try to get under peoples skin, these are construction workers too, you know the super tough hard guys who stand in the mud 12 hours a day doing manual labor, it’s shocking honestly, no one would believe it. Why can’t people go to work do their job and go home? Beats me, let’s make it fucking miserable that sounds like more fun. They’re all fucking sad, I don’t talk to any of them.
Maybe I'm lazy, maybe im not so bright, maybe in impostor syndrome. That said - it's work. Work is work has always been merrily me.🤡 The fact that it's work - I mean I'm a socialist whenever I vote for my choices in elections the socialist leaning or socialist candidates I often vote for - work to me is always "I only work to have money to pay for expenses or bills or desires, I don't work because I want to work, I work because I have to work" is my attitude lol - after all - I'd rather be Phil in Groundhog Day, man doesn't realise how he never has to be a weatherman again lol 😆😆😆😆 and that said, I don't mind work as such, yet it's always varies from job to job and I've held several jobs by now. Like i said, it pays for things, but, it's work. It's work, is work, is work. And yeah. 😃🥹
Also work with the public, in an area where many that come on are combative when then come in, and we have law enforcement personnel there periodically. That is difficult to deal with many times.
I appreciate the wording you use in your written answer. You don't just plonk it down plainly like *the cops show up* or *the boys in blue* and you also use words that show class like periodically : applauses
People who constantly show up late, mainly the girls w their cups of coffee everyday. Also they never set us up to be productive on 2nd shift. The whole unit knows who needs to be fired, but they’re of a particular color so it’s always the race card. No I’m not white either before someone throws out that I’m racist or something.
Can "we" vaguely know what line of work this is or industry type?
Working with the public can be challenging.
Pretending like I care about what people say.
None I code. But I work in teams, so you have to comminate with everyone and make sure we are all on the same page and sometimes they just talk about bullshit.
some of the idiots we have to deal with.
Nothing like a couple 2 3 dumbasses having a bar fight at 2am to end your sleep for a while.
I tend not to be very empathetic, but they still get the best care anywhere.
People trying to solicit free legal advice. I'm sorry that you're in the situation that you are and I only wish you the best of luck. Unfortunately, I can't afford to be giving out free legal advice.
Clients who wait until the Friday before trial to order a huge amount of post production on depositions done five or more years earlier.
Because I work remotely, it’s annoying when my cell rings at 3:00 am
This, too. 0300 on a Sunday because, "I forgot about something I need today so I can prep for tomorrow."
I live with family that I work for/with. Tight quarters right now. Planning on investing so next year I can get my own place. Other than that, love m, y work.
Ok lol
I have 2 jobs. One boss is crazy and dumb, and at the other job I have to deal with a bunch of homeless drug addicts.
The manager. He tells people to do things he'd never do himself. Zero respect. Lead from the front or don't lead at all.
The entire office staff doesn’t have a clue or care what they’re doing
Staff meetings. It can all be said in an email.
@bella3 That's the theory, in practice, when the recruits have been recruited on technicalities only, high chances they don't know how to communicate. Then you have meetings with forced communication that no one understands lol
@Maybe_Maybe_not
Maybe, yes
I feel trapped, I can't respond with my usual "maybe not" 😆
@Maybe_Maybe_not lmao
White people when they ask for "coffee black". Sounds innocent but they know what they doing.
They know exactly what they doing and how they say it. "Coffee___ BLACK!!"
Typical white response
No I said it was the typical white response to play down racism if it makes them feel bad
