Nah I kept calm while giving birth. Just breathing and light moaning/humming was enough to get me through the pain of labor. During the pushing stage I was completely quiet so I could focus on getting the baby out

I'm certainly not afraid to admit that only did I scream the delivery room down, but the entire hospital as well.
I also happened to very badly squash my husband's hand at the same time.
