Men will typically take the higher jobs and start the big businesses earning a lot more than women. Is this because of gender inequality or cause men typically have what it takes to get there,

It’s a combination of a lot of things. But typically men usually work longer hours, do OT. I think when it comes to the two genders as far as who pays the most taxes collectively, it’s usually men because of all the extra time we put in. Not to mention men are willing to take more risk. Women tend to pick jobs that don’t pay much like social workers or teachers. There’s a lot of other reasons.

Men are biologically and physically different and have different genetic makeup in comparison to women.

This makes things different for each gender.

The typical male is better suited for harder and longer work, it does not mean that women cannot also work hard long hours, it's just a general trend that men by in large are.

Yh they’re mostly due to women not being competent enough and that’s not an insult
