If we shoved you into an MRI machine what could we expect to happen?

I've had a couple closed MRI's before freaking in the third.

The guy lolly-gagged around and took long enough that I had managed to scounch out of the tube by the time he sauntered into the room to a screaming line of cursing at him and his slow ass.

The last time I attempted one was earlier this year. I started hitting the button as soon as my face was under.

I won't even attempt another round. Only open imaging after that.

Expect the IV catheter tube to explode in my arm? That is what happened during my one and only MRI. I've surfed the Wedge repeatedly and gone skydiving four times. The MRI was more terrifying. Basically felt like 25 minutes inside an illuminated coffin. I will never voluntarily have one again.

Oh, I'm afraid of things. I just usually push through anyway. MRI machines are one thing I can't push through. I am soooo claustrophobic. They have to send me somewhere that there is an "open" machine and, even then, it isn't pretty. lol

They put new music on because that makes sense for the then 22 year old

I usually do. In my recovery from Guillian Barre Syndrome they were weekly. Sometimes for 2 hours
