Actually, it's not bullshit. There are still laws on the books that state oral sex and sodomy are illegal. However, a 2003 Supreme Court ruling made said laws unenforceable and illegal.

The old laws have not been removed in 12 states for sodomy, and in 18 states for oral sex! Three states did take the time to REMOVE said laws from their books. But the rest of them have left them in statute, or "on the books."
