1 yBesides the obvious of my alarm, I always have my tv playing a YouTube video of heavy rainfall noise. I have tinnitus from post-concussion syndrome from all the blows to the head that I’ve taken in sports (my opps on here will have a field day with that info😂), so I like to have that to drown out the ringing in my ears.

20 Reply731 opinions shared on Other topic. Myself, moaning, stretching hearing my tendons or bones making a popping sound every now and then. Then the bed creaking as I get up…the wooden floor squeaking as I walk to the bathroom. The sound of my pj pants and my white underwear briefs sliding down my legs and then the sound of the plastic toilet seat hitting the toilet bowl as I sit down on it. The sound of my pee stream blasting into the water of the toilet bowl and a contented sigh from me enjoying the relief as the pressure inside me goes away. Sometimes an occasional fart might slip out. Then the sound of the toilet flushing cancels out the sound of me pulling up my underwear and pj pants. The sound of the soap pump and water falling from the faucet as I wash my hands. The sound of the water stopping as I turn off the faucet and the sound of the towel fluffing as I dry my hands. I look at my clock only to realize that I woke up 2-3 hours before it was time to get up. So I crawl back into bed the floor and bed creaking and try to go back to sleep to no avail. So I stay on here and other sites. Right now it is 5:20 am est. So I guess I’m up for the day. 😞

1 yit depends on the season... during summer, I wake up long before an alarm clock, so I can listen to the morning bird songs...
I sleep longer during winter, so... alarm clock :D or Drama Queen's dramatic whisper, "Mama, are you sleeping?" :D50 Reply
1 yIf I'm with my girlfriend, she's usually very very lightly singing some of the most offensive shit you've ever heard in my ear but in a very calming pretty way 😂

20 Reply 2.9K opinions shared on Other topic. My wife gets up around 7:30. I usually hear her getting herself ready in the bathroom or making herself breakfast but it doesn't disturb me. Then she kisses me and says goodbye around 9:20 before she leaves. I fall back asleep and usually don't get up until 10:30 or so. I don't hear anything else before I wake up. We live on acreage in a rural area where it's quiet.
She usually goes to bed around 11:00 and I go to bed around 2:30.10 Reply- 9.5K opinions shared on Other topic.

50 Reply Birds, usually.
The sound of rain in the rainy season is very soothing, but makes you want to linger in bed a bit longer.
30 Reply8.3K opinions shared on Other topic. Well, my alarm. Or the school bell ringing and/or children shouting and laughing (I live close to an elementary school and the noise coming from the school's backyard can be heard in my bedroom because of the balcony)
10 ReplyMy alarm clock giving up, and telling me to go F myself, because it's been going off for 20 minutes, and hates my guts.
20 Reply2.2K opinions shared on Other topic. Birds been annoying. For such small things they like to stomp over the roof pretty sure it's on purpose to annoy me at this point. Sounds like a person up there.
