Any idea on what this could be?

Had these little bumps for a few months now, just trying to figure out what it could be. I shave every 3 days or so,

not sure if it’s a rash from shaving or what. I’ve also only had one partner. Can’t seem to find much that matches it online. Any help would be appreciated.

This is razor burn, this happens because :
Shaving without using shaving cream or foam or any lub.
Shaving against the grain
Using a razor that is not sharp.
Hygiene
Shaving one part of the body too often.
Shaving too quickly.
Allergy to the shaving product.

I have the same situation but the razor blade may be dull and needs to be sterilized

And you should shave in the direction of the hair, not the opposite.
