Geography TRIVIA - Name the STRUCTURE and its LOCATION (Vol 13)?

Yes, thats a stream of water...
Yes, that's a stream of water...

Continuing the reboot of Geography questions that were fairly popular...

Every day, I'll try to post a picture of a Structure somewhere in the World. Your task is to name the Structure and its Location, at least the Country... bonus points for being more specific. The answer will be given the next day.

This is intended to be fun.

This is lucky number 13, so we'll make this a little different. Rather than the usual multiple-structure main image, the Structure (actually a statue) is shown (in closeup) while the normal picture (below) shows the statue from farther away., revealing just how small it is (about 55 cm (22 in) tall). This one is likely difficult for most people.

If you really don't know what this is, post a funny answer of what you think about it.

If you have the right answer, you get a Like. If you have the funniest answer, right or wrong, you get a MHO, one for girls, one for guys. If no one has a funny answer, then the best answer gets a MHO, one for girls, one for guys.

Here is a picture of the thirteenth (Vol 13) Structure, actually the Statue in its nook. Please try to name it and tell where it is located.

This is Manneken Pis (Dutch for 'Little Pissing Man'), a landmark 55.5 cm (21.9 in) bronze fountain sculpture in central Brussels, Belgium, depicting a puer mingens; a naked little boy urinating into the fountain's basin. Though its existence is attested as early as the mid-15th century, Manneken Pis was redesigned by the Brabantine sculptor Jérôme Duquesnoy the Elder and put in place in 1619.
