Geography TRIVIA - Name the STRUCTURE and its LOCATION (Vol 12)?

Continuing the reboot of Geography questions that were fairly popular...

Every day, I'll try to post a picture of a Structure somewhere in the World. Your task is to name the Structure and its Location, at least the Country... bonus points for being more specific. The answer will be given the next day.

This is intended to be fun. This one should be easy for some, maybe a bit harder for others. It's by far the smallest Structure so far; tomorrow's will be smaller, and a bit harder.

If you have the right answer, you get a Like. If you have the funniest answer, right or wrong, you get a MHO, one for girls, one for guys. If no one has a funny answer, then the best answer gets a MHO, one for girls, one for guys.

It is the statue of The Little Mermaid from the famous Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale. It sits on a rock at Langelinie in the harbor of Copenhagen, Denmark.

The statue had its 100 year anniversary on August 23 2013, with celebrations in Copenhagen and around the world.

This mermaid statue is one of the top tourist attractions in Copenhagen, and has become an icon and a symbol of both Copenhagen and Denmark. While the story by Hans Christian Andersen was more than enough to make this mermaid statue known around the world, the Disney movies have only added to the fame and the appeal of this statue.

It was created in bronze by Edvard Eriksen, and was unveiled in August of 1913. Eriksen was commissioned in January 1909 by Carl Jacobsen of Carlsberg Breweries to create the statue.

I recognize it as a mermaid statue, and I believe it is in a Scandinavian city.

Of the hundreds of mermaid statues worldwide this is the most famous one in Copenhagen.

Ever noticed 90% of mermaid statues are topless. No wonder they're popular with sailors.
