Continuing the reboot of Geography questions that were fairly popular...

Every day, I'll try to post a picture of a Structure somewhere in the World. Your task is to name the Structure and its Location, at least the Country... bonus points for being more specific. The answer will be given the next day.

This is intended to be fun. This one should be pretty easy, not hard like some of the questions were.

If you have the right answer, you get a Like. If you have the funniest answer, right or wrong, you get a MHO, one for girls, one for guys. If no one has a funny answer, then the best answer gets a MHO, one for girls, one for guys.

Here is a picture of the eleventh (Vol 11) Structure, the one in the foreground in the picture. Please try to name it and tell where it is located. Bonus: What structures are in the background?
