Anyone else out there in pain?

Just wondering. My depression gets worse when people hurt me. I wish it didn't. Just wondering if anyone else out there feeling something similar. Prayers that you feel better soon :)

I'm in so much pain. I almost ended everything the other night and I feel like I'm so close to doing it.

If you want to get out of depression, exercise daily. Get sunlight daily. Fix your diet. Fix your relationship with God and Family. It's that simple.

I do all those things. But I agree, they are essential components. It's when people hurt me, the punch they pack verbally. It really stirs my depression hard. I pray god blesses my heart. Amen.

Get into Stoic Philosophy. It may help. Read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. Take his tips to heart and use those Mental Crutches.
