How can I celebrate my 31st birthday alone?

Hey everyone tomorrow is my big day I am turning 31 and ageing anyways because it is on a weekday none of my friends will be available to come see me or hang out with me due to reasons like them being a distance, Have kids or are working and do not finish till late. My best friend is unfortunately traveling for Christmas this week and won't be back till the 14th January.

Anyways I was deciding on what to do for it me and my friends do usually celebrate but this year she can not which is really upsetting I was than thinking I could organise a virtual party with my friends so like I could go out get a number 31 balloon with music etc.

I am going out with my sister and family on Saturday because I would like to go to a steakhouse but it was just my main birthday I was trying to figure out. What should I do or what would you do.
