Two condominiums, one to sell, and one for homeless housing. Then pay off the houses of everyone I love, and their cars, and their retirement funds. After that, I’d probably donate a billion to a local college so they can give their students free tuition, then a hospital to eliminate patient care costs and fund the salaries of the nurses, doctors, EMTs, and sanitation staff. Once that’s done I know that would have barely made a dent so I would probably go about buying as many homes as possible and then reselling them at a deficit to people, shaking up the housing market. I would put away what I would need for my life, and my families’ lives, which wouldn’t even touch 1 billion, so we would all be set and I could work to make life better for people who live in an economic crisis in my city. And once I had finished all of that and solved as many problems as possible, use some of the money I put aside for myself to take a trip around the world for the next 10 years or so, visiting as many countries as possible and seeing as much of this world as I can with the people I love.
