Well I’ve just moved across the country a few days ago for my new job and I actually feel pretty good. I feel a little tad lonely but I think that’s normal and I start my new job tomorrow so in a little scared for that but optimistic. I’m trying to make sure I have everything straight and know I’m going to be busy with work but am also looking at this move for an opportunity for me to meet new people and get out of my comfort zone. I want to prioritize work and I only have one day off this week but I also want to make friends and join bumble bff. My only off day this week is Friday and I was going to join then but didn’t know if I should wait. On the flip side of that, I thought that if I waited too long, I would decide I didn’t want to do it anymore or wouldn’t have the urge to make friends, so I don’t know lol.

I have changed jobs a few times during my career. Every time i did it was scary. There was so much to learn and so many people to keep track of. What was true of them ass was that at first it was scary but after a few weeks it becomes second nature. You are going on a big adventure. Not all of it will be good but it is an experience that few people get to have. I never moved across the country even though it was something I always wanted to do.
Concentrte on the job first and then figure out how to find a community.
