Thankfully, NO! We have called my mom the "rummage sale queen" since I was a little girl! Little did we know, the things we thought were junk, are worth hundreds and even thousands of dollars! Every few years, when I was young, we would have a neighborhood rummage and we would beg our mother to sell her "junk" lol things she accumulated from rummaging but she would refuse. Then one year, an actual appraiser of antiques came to our rummage looking for fishing lures, reels, poles...(that my brother advertised). The guy offered my brother a hundred dollars for a lure that was extremely old and happened to be bought by my mother, at a rummage, because my brother liked fishing! Long story short, he actually went into our house and appraised what turned out to be VERY valuable stuff she accumulated! I'll DM you some things that she let me have!
Yes years ago I sold an old Mopar. I bought it for a song from an old lady. So when I got rid of ot it went the same way. To me it was just a 20 year old car.
how much were they worth and wtf did you do? No I've never had something expensive and given it away. The only thing I got scammed on was maybe like kids stuff like magic cards and panini football ones and stuff. But I wasn't too bothered about it back then :)
Total about $6K but I sold the pair for $60 and thought I got a good deal!!! 😁🤝
Knowingly I did, yes. Some once expensive furniture, granite table and lamps. I had to clean out an apartment and wanted that stuff gone.

I sold some rare vinyl about 15 years ago that ended up being resold for 10 times the price. I learned my lesson the hard way. Now I don't sell anything much.
nope, never...
and I am very much into finding other uses for things that are of "no use" anymore too... lol
Yeah I’ve done this before.
It was because I had an addiction. I could of sold the item and made some money. But I felt like destroying and getting rid of the item was giving myself “tough love” to kick the addiction.
No, but my mother threw out my comic book collection when I went away to college. It would be worth thousands today
I broke s very expensive vintage French sofa with my boyfriend. I won't say what we were doing. We fixed the arm back up and never let on.
Yes,
gave away bitcoin for free when it was cheap
I might’ve, but I’ll never know
