I was wracking my brain. I don't know why Mozambique popped into my head. But it does have all 5 vowels. Are there any others?

I am humbled by this question. The only one I can think of is the country name in its native Spanish language, Estados Unidos de Mexico, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

technically the full name of the US does but is not the actual answer as i have heard of this one before over on youtube or tiktok a few years back. there is like 1 or 2 eurasian or African nations/countries, though small, that are correct answers. for those wondering "The United States of America" is the full name and for it to pull off having all vowels, you have to have the "of" in there.
