Congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens. In simple terms, I can't transfer sperm because I don't have the tubes to transfer. They're all stuck on the testicles. So I'm basically shooting blanks; no sperm at all.
If I can't transfer sperm then I'll never be able to impregnant a woman naturally.

Thank you for your understanding. Yes that can be done. It's just expensive and invasive without any guarantee that it'll be successful on that first attempt. I'll be working hard to save money. I suppose I can try it in the future when I find the woman I want to share my life with.
I would give anything if that meant just having one child instead of several like I would've wanted.
